Tri-Rail's Win a Taylor Swift Merchandise Package!

1. TO ENTER: You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach counties. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. One entry per household.  The Contest is valid from Wednesday, October 10, 2024 through Sunday, October 20, 2024. All entries must be completed and received at www.tri-rail.com, including name, address, telephone and email contact by Sunday, October 20, 2024 at 11:59pm. SFRTA/Tri-Rail and the participating sponsors are not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late or misdirected entries.

2. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive the following:

Approximate Retail Value = $250.00

The Prize must be claimed by November 30, 2024 or it will be awarded to another entrant selected in the same manner as the winner of the unclaimed Prize. The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash or credit. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, SFRTA/Tri-Rail reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value.

3. WINNER:  One (1) winner will be selected at random from a drawing among eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email and/or or telephone on or before October 30, 2024.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entrants agree SFRTA/Tri-Rail has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this contest and that its decision is final and binding. Entrants agree to allow use of their name, voice, photograph, likeness and any information provided on entry form, in any medium of communication, including print, Internet, radio and/or television and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes, by SFRTA/Tri-Rail, its affiliates or sponsors, without additional compensation. The winner, by acceptance of the Prize, and the person accompanying winner, by use of the Prize, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless SFRTA/Tri-Rail and each of its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and advertisers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to the award of, the receipt of, or the use of their Prize. SFRTA/Tri-Rail and sponsors are not responsible for any personal injury to the Prize winner or person accompanying winner that may be incurred in connection with the use of the Prize. The winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and winner and the person accompanying the winner may be required to execute releases of liability prior to receiving the Prize. The winner assumes all applicable tax liability for the Prize.
